About

Christopher William Smith tends to bite off more than he can chew, spending too much time juggling projects and ideas so that most of them fall short, die out, or never come to fruition.

That being said, he's all about knuckling down when it comes to his writing (especially with a friendly prod from his writing counterpart, Holly Cagney.) He's currently shopping one of his solo manuscripts around, and his and Holly's first collaboration is just on its way out the door.

This blog—hopefully—will provide an avenue for his various thoughts on pop culture, chronicle his attempt at finding focus and trimming the fat in his life (possibilities include movies, video games, teaching, and collecting stupid things), and his attempt to simply be “here.”

He’ll be doing this from his home and other various locations in Las Vegas. One of his two cats might be found on his shoulders as he works, his wife either at work or nearby. Or, you may find him fighting through chords on his newest habit, the ukelele or messing around with his drum machine/Groovebox.

Lastly, he's available to design book covers, ranging from $50.00 - $150.00, depending on the package. Please contact him for more info. (You can check out his work by clicking the various links under his "Publications" page.)
